Bridge the Gap equips young people with the skills, confidence, and community they need to thrive as technology reshapes jobs, industries, and society.

Hi, I’m Annusha Bridglal, and I’m so grateful you’re here. Bridge the Gap started as a simple idea and dream: to make sure young people, no matter where they come from, have a fair shot at creating a future they’re proud of.
I’ve always been fascinated by how technology shapes our world. But somewhere along the way, I noticed that while technology kept moving forward, too many of our classrooms and communities were being left behind. New ways of working, learning, and connecting were transforming the world, yet so many bright, talented young people weren’t being given the tools to keep up, much less lead.
As a Doctoral research, I explore how emerging technologies, like AI, automation, and digital platforms, could create opportunities instead of barriers. And more importantly, how we could make sure everyone id part of that story.
That’s how Bridge the Gap came to life.
It’s a space where curiosity meets opportunity, where young people can explore, learn, and grow with guidance, community, and care. Through mentorship, digital literacy, and career training, we’re helping youth build confidence and skills for the jobs (and dreams) of tomorrow.
To everyone who’s joined us on this journey — thank you. You’re part of something powerful. Together, we’re not just adapting to a changing world, we’re helping to shape it.
With love,
Annusha
